I love this movie. I'd love it if it was 1987 and I love it now in 2018 the same I did in 2010 and 2014 and any year I watch it. It's hysterical.

"If I wanted to kill myself, I'd fucking kill myself. I'd be awesome at it. A shotgun to the dick!"

The amount of quotes this movie has given me is ridiculous. It is an over the top comedy that has a great music, characters, and story. Many people may think it goes too far on many things, but that is just it. This movie is not afraid of any jokes: crude, inappropriate, etc. Nothing is off limits in Hot Tub Time Machine. Definitely a go to movie for me.

"He's an asshole, but he's our asshole” is some of the most profound truth about longstanding male friendships captured on film.

I have watched this movie countless times, and it never gets old. Hilarious, great soundtrack, ridiculous premise. All of the above.

Much funnier than I expected.

Hot Tub Time Machine delivers a wacky adventure that’s outrageously hilarious. When three friends take a trip to a ski resort they end up accidentally going back in time to 1986 where they have to relive a seminal weekend of their lives in order to prevent disrupting the timeline. The cast includes John Cusack, Rob Corddry, Craig Robinson, and Chevy Chase, who all deliver great comedic performances. However, the time-travel aspect of the film isn’t that effective: as it focuses too much attention on ‘80s fads, and the humor isn’t organic to ‘80s culture. Still, while the lack of cleverness in the writing holds the film back a bit, Hot Tub Time Machine is entertaining and has a lot of good laughs.

This is literally "X-MEN: Days of Future Past" but without the whole superhero end-of-the-world thing.

Nothing groundbreaking but an easy watch with some laughs along the way.

6/10 - Above-average film that I'd rewatch if in the right mood.

Dumb fun. That is all. Oh, and the 80's would be fun to visit for a few days.

Weird thing with this film I always caught bits on TV and found it hilarious, but finally watched it all the way through and seriously I had a lot of fun with this film.

If you want a time travel film with a pretty hilarious plot then check it out, not amazing or Oscar worthy by any means but it is pretty funny and the 80s stuff is just really well done.

aaah. just revisited it again for the 3rd time or so. such a great movie :) it gets me in the mood to change and break things!!
