I really enjoy the show. The host clearly enjoys what he is doing and it comes across nicely.
However the designer does not listen to the client. Unless there is some back and forth that happens behind the scenes, I would give this designer a failing grade.
What happened to the big open work table? Instead they got a big giant island with stools. Not at all what the client originally expressed.
