2x14 Day One

Very funny to see the beginning of everything and they wanting to be treat the zombies on rational way. hahahahahaha

10K did get a flashback; he was a dorky little kid out in the forest, hunting with his dad when a bunch of zombies started running after him and his dad.

another one off filler episode - it's nice to see the cast of main characters get more backstory (via flashback) from Day One, but it's odd to do this 27 episodes into the series, right after a large story arc with alot of momentum, and leading into the season finale episode - it's grinded everything to a halt!

As the protagonists lived on day 1 of the zombie apocalypse, and FINALLY !! in a series they know they are zombies

Yes, I agree, this episode was rather pointless... seemed to me like a waste of a good episode near the end of season with pointless flashbacks which intended to let us know how the zombie apicalypse began for all of them in the group, but it brought nothinh new and worthy of our interest. The only interesting part of this episode was the Last minute of it. I also do not know why they made flashbacks for everyone except for 10K which os one of my favourites.

So this was "Fear the Z-Nation" in one episode. And it was refreshing to see everyone immediately recognizing what's going on (well, except 10K). But otherwise thosw flashbacks were rather pointless, just like most of this episode.
