The episode description is inaccurate, as I can definitely say that no nose tips turned black or died, although that title error made you tense for the patient, thinking it was all gonna go wrong, until it didn't. Other than that it was all good.

No bologna sized areolas either, although Dr. Dubrow did have to pull a 2 part'er to repair some ta, ta's left shredded when her implants esploded', (after 12 years) and her previous surgeon was no longer available. She went JV team, which left her jacked up, with infected, leaking boobs, and perforated areolas, so, everything had to be removed, then, Dr. Dubrow had go full Jaimie Sommers, and rebuild her, better,... fuller,... perkier.....

Sadly, once again the "freak of the week" did not want to listen to sound expert advice, even after Dr. Nassif removed a tablespoon of nasty boogeration some hack in Turkey had injected into he cheek. Her before picture showed she was really very pretty before she tried to improve on what she already had. I have a feeling though, that like the T800...., she'll be back, for repairs.
