When Criss Angel closes his eyes, he sees reality where others might see only darkness. He shows off the ability in an interesting way.

Some people, when struck by lightening have increased memory skills and mental capabilities. Criss will be venturing to Baraboo, Wisconsin to test out one of the world's largest Tesla Coils. The transformer will generate up to 4 million volts and, for Criss, simulate what it's like to actually be struck by lightening.

In one of the most extravagant and remarkable feats ever attempted, Criss will live inside an air bubble in a giant, see-through tank, immersed in water. He will have no food, and a very limited air supply. He will remain in the bubble for 24 hours, and at the finish, disappear right before everyone's eyes.

One of the most precarious stunts in the series, Criss will lean over the side of the 55th floor of the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas at unbelievable angles. More astounding still, he will walk down the side of the building with no wires or harnesses, and without the benefit of safety netting.

Criss decides to experience the power of C4 in a public setting, Downtown Las Vegas. Having always been intrigued by explosions, Criss asks the help of “Pyro Pete”, an expert in explosives, who’s been utilized by man, including The Rolling Stones, Motley Crue, and AC/DC, among others. For the trick, Criss will be locked in an crate filled with explosives that will be operated by Teller, of Penn and Teller.

While taking a tour of the Magic Castle, in Los Angeles, through the history of magic, Criss is allowed access to some very elite areas. He will be allowed to see rare Houdini artifacts as well as the private séance room. Then, on the Dicky Barret show on Indie 103.1 in LA, Criss will predict a major news event, and the lottery.

While trying to figure out which one of them is crazier, Criss invites The Amazing Jonathan to participate in the ultimate game of Chicken! Their competition begins with a paintball game and an electric shock face off. Criss, deciding this isn't enough, raises the stakes, and dares the Amazing Jonathan to hit him with a car.

Criss goes to the Magic Castle and crashes Joaquin Ayala's performance. He preforms one of his most dangerous stunts by being shackled, handcuffed, and nailed into a pine casket on a conveyor belt leading to an industrial BioChipper.

Criss has been a longtime fan of Evel Kineval, the famous motorcyle legend. In this episode, Criss is going to attempt to perform Kineval's first jump. He trains with Trigger Gunn, a champion aerialist and world record jump holder. The jump will take Criss down a 60-foot long, 20-foot high ramp at 50 mph, assuming his family doesn't stand in his way. Don't miss this episode! Criss helps a youg magician named Chad with a touching story by letting him have a magic show at his friend Lance Burton's theater.

Criss stops his pulse and vital signs in five body locations in front of a certified medical staff and in front of thousands of spectators, and predicts the outcome of a motor speedway race. Criss also waits tables and does close up magic in his favorite hometown diner.

Criss takes it underground in Long Island, New York and shares his passion for motorcycle trick riding with a crew of extreme riders who execute the craziest stunts on two wheels, and sometimes just one. Criss ups the ante when he makes a motorcycle vanish and reappear from nowhere, drives blind and demonstrates a fresh style of riding sure to astonish.

During a visit to Vandenberg Air Force Base to pay tribute to U.S. troops, Criss makes a hummer disappear, Tries to guess a card and produces a special guest from an empty duffly bag.

Five brave souls will spend a night in one of the most haunted places in America, the Armagosa Hotel in Death Valley, known for paranormal activity as Criss tries to connect with forces beyond our comprehension. Which celebrities will remain in the house?

Shot in the Palace Showroom of the Magic Castle, this episode climaxes with Criss stopping his pulse in five places while being monitored by a team of medical experts. Jonathan Davis of KORN gives Criss an unforgettable surprise in Los Angeles, California. Other highlights include never before seen bloopers and footage of Criss performing as a teenager.

Tied and locked into the trunk of a car, Criss is lowered into a lake and must escape before he runs out of air or drowns.

Criss Angel's third season starts off with a bang with a one hour premier! First he'll levitate in the Luxor Light. After, he'll be bound by Dog to a chair, and he must escape underwater. Also, he'll show his new penthouse in the Luxor Pyramid.

Criss lies on a bed of broken glass while a steamroller rolls over him. Later, Criss will make a beautiful woman appear from a box of merchandise. He also does some of his street magic, where he bends a quarter using his mouth and makes a card appear in a lit cigar.

Locked in a mailbag, in a truck of explosives, as it races toward the edge of a cliff. Will Criss escape, or die trying? Also, Criss will be showing off on the golf course with skills so good Tiger Wood might even envy him. The day wouldn't be complete without some of Criss' trademark levitation skills.

Criss' obsession with cars and motorcycles has been well established in previous episodes, and now Criss has some great, new illusions focused around his favorite hobby. Criss will highlight some of the sickest cars, trucks and bikes in his illusions. He morphs a Bentley into a Lamborghini, builds up to the Lambo vanish starting with high-speed go-karts, and will try to move everyday objects from one area to another while unsuspecting fans look on in awe. The finale comes when for the first time ever, Criss will vanish a moving object. While driving his Lamborghini at a high rate of speed, he defies physics by making it disappear.

Criss takes some of the most ordinary objects and makes them the center of the most amazing illusions. He puts a beer bottle through an onlooker's stomach and moves his friend's eyebrow to his chin. Criss transforms a little girl into an adult woman and eats his pet mouse, shocking his friend Jamie Kennedy. In the final demonstration of this episode, Criss actually balances on two upright standing screwdrivers, and then proceeds to walk on row of them while barefoot. He is then presented with the prestigious International Magician of the Year Award.

Why did the chicken cross the road? He didn't want Criss to make him dissapear. He already made an elephant dissapear. What else is there? Turn a cage handler into a tiger. Make the pachyderm (elephant) reappear. Also he'll take you into Siegfried and Roy's secret garden.

After hearing that his mother needs emergency heart surgery, he has to get his mind back to his stunt, or he'll be meeting his mother in the hospital if he's lucky. His stunt of the show- escape from being bound and gagged to an ATV going at very high speeds. Can he keep his mind, body, and spirit together, or will he lose it.

Criss goes door to door as a traveling salesman and keeps pulling unlikely items out of his briefcase. Then Criss will attempt to vanish himself before he gets charged by a Mexican bull.

A chained Criss tries to escape from an explosives-filled car before another car crashes into it. Also: A chopper bike appears out of thin air.

Criss exposes common scams and reveals the secrets of the perpetrators. Included: the methods of psychics. Also: the revelation of a word that supposedly can help people get anything they want.

Criss tests his endurance as he attempts to escape mental institution restraints while wrapped tight in sheets, strapped on a gurney, in front of a live audience. Criss also levitates a manhole cover weighing over 100 pounds. For the first time ever, Criss runs into some serious trouble attempting one of Houdini's famous water escapes.

Criss puts his hand through glass to retrieve a bag of chips stuck in a vending machine. Criss travels to a dude ranch where he does some levitations and other amazing acts. Criss will then take part in a right of passage which involves dangerous tricks with fire.

Criss heads to a carnival where he makes coins appear from everywhere and completely fools a weight guesser. He attempts to have a woman crawl through him. In the finale, Criss will be tied to the tracks of a roller coaster and will have to escape before it runs him over.

The title says it all. In memory of his uncle, he will be tied in a trunk of a car and will live or meet his uncle. Also he will attempt to restore a watch after he smashes it to pieces. After Criss draws a picture, kids at the arcade get freaked out when it starts talking to them.

Criss spends time with his fans known as "The Loyal" and reads some of their letters. He will also repair a hole in a pair of jeans. Criss will host a Mindfreak trivia game show, where the winner will receive a trip to Barbados. In the finale, Criss will attempt to make a new car appear and give it away to a Loyal fan.

Criss astounds people as he tries to become a human lie detector. He also freaks out Flava Flav and Jamie Kennedy with his mind-reading. In the finale, Criss will attempt to teleport a group of people from one elevator to another.

Criss turns a little girl's Barbie into a real woman and then transforms himself back into a kid. Criss demonstrates tricks for kids from the Make-A-Wish foundation and surprises them all when he dresses as Santa Claus and makes a truck of toys appear out of nowhere.

Criss is placed in a see-through Plexiglas container that is then sealed in cement and hardened into a block. In front of thousands, Criss is lifted over five stories and given 24 hours to escape before the block crashes to earth. Criss also performs demonstrations on a construction site. He bends a giant nail, moves a hole in a washer, and does some amazing card tricks. Criss loses a bet to his bike shop friends and has to escape from a locked crate before being stabbed to death by giant forklifts.

In the haunted Artisian hotel, Criss interacts with the afterlife and reveals secrets from the spirits. Along with lots of other strange phenomenon, Criss proves that he can walk on the ceiling of the hotel.

This episode will chronicle a day in the life of Criss Angel as he attempts to shoot an episode of Mindfreak. The viewer experiences the mayhem Criss encounters on a daily basis. The climax of will be a Mindfreak crew party, celebrating Criss' mom's recovery from heart surgery.

Criss visits the Nellis Air Force Base where he swallows a ring and then pulls it out through his navel.

Summer's here, so join Criss and the crew for a fun beach-filled day in Mexico. Criss establishes a psychic link with a dolphin, using the mammal to assist him in a card trick. Finally, Criss vanishes from a yacht to instantly reappear on the beach in front of beachgoers.

Inspired by those who attempted to go over Niagara Falls in a barrel, Criss is suspended hundreds of feet above the ocean in a barrel before being dropped. The barrel crashes to the sea. Will Criss survive?

Some of Criss' greatest illusions have been done with the help of some pretty famous people. Criss repays them all by counting down their favorite moments from past shows.

Criss will make a girl's dream come true as he magically changes her A-cup to a C-cup without any post-surgery recovery time. Shot in "blurry vision" this episode will climax with Criss hypnotizing a mass crowd of people to remove their clothes in public.

Criss will attempt to walk on the world's largest manmade lake, Lake Mead. Criss will walk "on" and "out" more than 200 feet on the largest manmade lake in the world in front of unsuspecting bystanders and boaters.

Criss loads a 9-story condominium outside Miami with explosives and attempts to escape it before it implodes.

Criss invites skeptics to be part of a deadly challenge. These skeptics get to lead a blindfolded Criss to four elevator doors, one of which hides an empty shaft. Using mentalism, Criss must predict which three of the four are safe to enter. If he is wrong, he will likely fall to his death.

You've seen Criss catch an arrow with his bare hands. In this episode, he attempts to catch a razor-sharp nail traveling at 1400 feet per second with his bare hands.

Criss is handcuffed and placed in an 85-gallon drum, which is then secured in a wooden box and hoisted 100 feet above spectators. Once the box reaches its peak, the box is set to automatically release the barrel and contents, regardless if Criss has escaped or not. Criss must escape the handcuffs, barrel, and box before crashing to the ground.

In a very somber setting Criss is laid to rest on a wooden slab. Spectators watch in horror as they see Criss cremated alive. We also get an insider's peak at Criss' warehouse where an employee accidentally impales Criss with a forklift.

Criss visits New Orleans and uses the city's mysticism and culture to enthrall bystanders.

Criss tries to escape from two straitjackets while shackled and hung upside down above a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.

Criss attempts to merge through metal and pass from one oil drum to another.

Using his ability to connect with people, Criss attempts to transfer his energy through the TV screen to millions of people at home. Later, he invites a large crowd to witness as he is able to move things with his mind in the middle of the Luxor lobby.

Criss receives a surprise visit from Playboy's, "The Girls Next Door." He invites them along and stuns them as he performs various unexplainable acts up-close and in your face.

At an event in Los Angeles, Criss runs into his good friend Gene Simmons. With a friendly million dollar bet, Criss challenges Gene to witness a feat of Mentalism. In front of a live crowd, Criss turns his back while Gene hides a million dollar check in one of ten wallets. Criss must choose the correct wallet. If he fails, he will lose much more than just the bet.

Criss is a big kid at heart. As a child Criss loved toys and as an adult Criss still loves toys. In the spirit of this, Criss transforms a toy hummer into a real hummer. He then recreates a highlight of his former NY off-Broadway show where he builds a robot that suddenly comes to life.

Criss describes unknown personal details and predicts events before they take place with billionaire Sir Richard Branson. Later Criss reads a list of items and attempts to predict what viewers at home are going to personally pick.

Criss' is known for surprising 1,000s of people over four seasons of MINDFREAK. This time, Criss' crew and celebrity friends attempt to pull one over on Criss and throw a surprise party. Criss is handcuffed inside a car that's filled with explosives and racing downhill toward a cliff. Will Criss escape in time--or will this road trip end with Criss becoming road kill?

Criss reattempts an underwater escape while chained and confined in a locked box.

Criss takes the “Buried Alive” escape to an unprecedented level as he is shackled and placed in a transparent coffin that is buried in ice and snow. Will he escape or succumb to hypothermia, suffocation or the risk of the ground collapsing on top of him? But before he makes his attempt, Criss takes to the streets to perform hist most amazing and mind-boggling mysticism and demonstrations raw in spectator’s faces!

Criss heads to Edwards Air Force Base in California, where he'll attempt to cross field of live explosives. Also, he learns all about mines and Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDS), and works with a bomb detection unit.

Criss attempts to raise a full crowd off the ground in Las Vegas in a mass levitation.

Criss attempts a teleportation trick by catching an object which has been dropped 250 feet above the ground, all in front of one continuous camera shot.

A speeding car crashes through five coffins; with Criss hidden in one of the coffins, the crowd determines the order in which the coffins are destroyed.

Criss attempts to jump the Grand Canyon on a high-performance hybrid motorcycle. He will either miraculously appear inside a locked cage dangling from a helicopter or plummet 4,200 feet (1,300 m) to his death.

Criss Angel attempts to defy the laws of gravity and walk up the entire side of the Luxor Hotel and Casino which rises more than 650 feet (200 m) above the Las Vegas strip and disappear into the incinerating light atop the pyramid in front of thousands of spectators.

An homage to Harry Houdini’s most dangerous escape, Criss is chained and shackled with more than 100 feet of chains and more than 20 locks and lowered 90 feet from the side of the London Bridge in the cold, murky water of Lake Havasu, Arizona in front of 12,000 spectators. To make the escape even more impossible and drowning an almost certainty, Criss has his feet imbedded in a barrel of cement before being lowered off the bridge and deep into the lake below.

Criss will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the largest vanish of people in history. One hundred people are chosen at random and shackled together in front of a crowd of thousands at the Luxor Convention Arena and Criss attempts to make them all disappear instantaneously.

At the monumental Grand Canyon Sky Walk, in front of more than one thousand onlookers, Criss is shackled and locked inside a confining solid crate except for holes to view his face and hands at all times. The crate is then hoisted over the edge of the canyon more than 4,200 feet above the Colorado River. Criss reveals his process of escape but if he does not succeed in time, he will fatally crash to the rocky depths below.

With Criss' chaotic schedule, including his live performance of Believe ten times each week, the taping of his hit TV series and moving into Serenity, his new home, Criss decides to escape the city for the Valley of fire deep into the Mojave desert. In this remote and mystical place, Criss will attempt to miraculously levitate more than 100 feet (30 m) up into the sky and then vanish.
