Sean and Kim have just relocated to Philadelphia for Sean's new job. The first house they tour is a renovated three bedroom listed at $450K. They love the trendy location and open floor plan, but the kitchen is small. Next they see a modernized row house listed at $425K. It has a great rooftop deck, but the lack of master bath could be a deal breaker. The third home is a newly constructed three-bedroom priced at $459K. It is the only one with a parking garage, but the price may be more than Sean and Kim can swing.
