One of the very few shows that really gives me the chills when I hear the theme song. The show is absolutely awesome.
Fucking Odi! Fucking purple eyes Odi! OMFG!! My favourite character is back! (Well, not exactly, according to himself.) Can hardly wait to see what purple eyes Odi is all about!
Well, so much for Anatol's reign of terror. I kinda hate that he went "full bad" and started acting like a lunatic attacking Leo and Max. There was no redeeming factor in the end. The fight was cool though, makes you realise how capable of combat they actually are after seeing them in calm and serene mode all the time.
So, Operation Basswood will tackle the Synths by shutting down the power. I wonder what effect this has in the rest of the world - the explanation by Neil sounds like it only affects the British. Might be a bit of a plot hole there, unless they pull out of their hat that multiple world leaders have agreed to Basswood simultaneously, who knows. What is for sure is that with only one episode left, there is no way both sides will solve their problems, it seems we're headed for a bigger war in a future season.
Mattie is dangerously close to being outed as responsible for Day 0. I'm thinking maybe the family goes on the run, start hiding with Max in the compound?
Niska finally reaches her destination in a way that inevitably reminds me of a Game of Thrones storyline. I'm extremely happy to see Odi back, even if it may not be him, exactly - those purple eyes looking badass! He looks in good shape and charged despite being in a cabin in the middle of nowhere.. with his purple eyes, it makes sense to think he is different, maybe has an internal power source that doesn't need charging? That would be the way to counteract Basswood.
So good! Ugh, I don’t want this to end.
Each episode of Humans is overwhelmingly rich in terms of themes and existential dilemmas.
Other than the more obvious ones, I noticed and loved the short moment in which Matty pretty much tells her mom that even if her own convictions are unstable and conflicting that's basically not the point; what matters is Sophie who doesn't see the difference between synths and human beings. My take is that adults should fight the good fight so that future generations won't even see the gap between "us" and "them" in spite of the fact that we can't help but be aware in some way of this gap we grew up with. Whoever "us" and "them" may be. I admit it is kinda corny but the world's already shitty enough without overlooking these small positive messages.

I'm so glad we didn't see the end of Odi. I wonder what the new eyes signify. He's obviously found a way to be powered off grid.
