With her family of six living under one roof, Jessica is frustrated with their lack of space. But her husband, Derek, doesn't see what all the fuss is about. Realtor Todd thinks they should throw in the towel and find a home that fits their family. But designer Jillian thinks she can add storage and space with a breath-taking reno. In the end they'll have to choose. Will they love it or list it?

Yoga instructor Ian loves their mountainside home 45 minutes out of town, but flight attendant Karen is tired of the long commute and she's ready to fly the coop. Realtor Todd hopes to find Karen, Ian, and their two teenagers a home closer to the airport while Designer Jillian has big dreams of transforming their home to fit their needs. Ian may have found his place to namaste but Karen is ready to get the show on the road. Will they love it or will they list it?

When Lyanne and Chris bought their home 7 years ago, the idea of raising kids in their childhood neighborhood was a dream come true. As the kids continue to grow, the house is quickly becoming too small. Designer Jillian knows an open concept layout is vital for Lyanne to stay, while Realtor Todd hopes more square footage will be the ace up his sleeve. Young music lovers Alia and David found harmony together when help from family meant they could purchase their first home, a suburban fixer-upper outside the city. They've managed to renovate half the home themselves, but the house is far from finished, and Alia can't take it anymore. Designer Jillian has the daunting task of renovating three bathrooms, while realtor Todd has the steep challenge of finding a move-in ready home with a great yard. But wife Candice is at her breaking point with all their unfinished business. Realtor Todd will try to solve this housing crisis by finding a turnkey home. Designer Jillian will try to power through this family's stalled reno in hopes they will stay. Tired of being tied down by their needy house, can Candice and James learn to love their home again, or will they list it?

Eight years ago Dawn and Brian jumped at the chance to buy this split-level home, but more for what was outside than inside. Now that their two boys are older and busier, Dawn is convinced the grass will be greener on the other side of the creek. When Vivian and Don bought their home 13 years ago, they saw nothing but potential for their growing family, but now Vivian is frustrated with how the design splits up the family over three floors. Designer Jillian is confident she can convince Vivian to stay with a stunning redesign, while Todd's eager to show Don he can balance contemporary with character in a brand new home. Will the redesign convince Vivian to love her home again or will the family decide to list it?
