As with most of Raven's schemes, the premise of this one is pretty basic. What this one has over most of the others is its execution. Raven's sheer commitment to wrestling that stuffed snake is the highlight of the episode.
Edit: Seeing the exterior shot of the house over and over in subsequent episodes has made me realize, they built the outdoor set for the Baxters' front door facing the wrong way. The house shown has steps going down to the left (as viewed from the street), but the front stoop set has steps going down to the right. (That's on top of the address being given as "519 Miranda Place" when the house shown is directly behind a street sign labeled "Ashbury".)
