Undercover 2016

This had me glued to my seat until the last episode. The performances were layered and well performed. The creator is one of the best minds writing fiction for screens The complexity of the story line was intriguing. Then, the last episode… a corrupt thread that was woven throughout the whole plot blossomed into a poisonous fruit. Throughout the series, the American story was untenable, characters and their moral standings were clownish, and situations were grossly unrealistic, but, you could overlook those as tangential and totally out weighed by the personal drama and the twists and turns of the thriller. Until the last episode, when the grossly unreasonable took centre stage and corrupted the whole. If not for that, I would have given this series an 8 (captivating) out of 10, but alas, I’m left with only a 6 (fair) to give out. [Spy. Crime, Law Thriller]
