This felt like required reading for the movie…it seems like Elemental flopped because it was TOO personal and buried in a relatively high concept

The IP weighs it down. It set itself up to be inferior but in a vacuum its a decent movie.

So bad, it’s good. And that this acts as a permanent record of embarrassment for this cast is the cherry on top. I almost died of laughter when gary oldmans leg was in the shot. Worth the short watch

The intro was great, but the standup is painfully unfunny.

Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man character is easily the best faithful interpretation of the original comics. Peter Park is supposed to be a total dweeb before his transformation to super hero and Tobey nails this arc. I love Holland and Garfield but they’re far too naturally attractive and charismatic to be believable nerds, at least in the classic sense that Stan Lee was going for.

World Premiere Review: Sam Raimi, you legend. This was one of, if not the most, fun MCU movie yet. It's very Evil Dead inspired visually, particularly the camera work. The character arcs here are fantastic, the action is wonderfully violent (the multiverse gives so much opportunity to kill off characters without impacting the main timeline too much), and the pacing is great, just go see it.

Beautiful film, but pacing is excruciatingly slow as the very simple story is stretched out too much and the characters are too boring to carry it. Its still required reading for movie lovers, but its not a classic I’m wanting to revisit anytime soon

World Premiere Impressions: Ugh, Chloe Zhao was a terrible choice for director. How she paces a movie made this feel excruciatingly long. This movie is also very DC in that its so visually dark, depressing, and takes itself so seriously, something Kevin Feige said would never happen to a Marvel movie. Basically everything you hated about Nomadland is in this... Now a handful of bright spots: some decent performances, especially Kumail and his assistant, they saved this movie from being a disaster. The Eternals overall are fine, but its really difficult to care about them considering their origin and nature. I also hated the design of the deviants. I was hoping to see things that had some semblance of Thanos as he is a Deviant in the comics. It appears they are treating him specifically as a "titan". The mindless animalistic Deviants in this are boring, uninteresting.

I had to shift this up my viewing priorities because he said the LGBTQ community gets triggered too easily and it triggered the LGBTQ community. Get it while it's available!

The action sequences were solid, particularly the martial arts, and the casting and acting were also fine but the script is a mess, the pacing is off, and the second half feels goofy and disjointed from the first half. The second half action was difficult to follow and felt like a DC cluster f--- aimed at the Chinese market. HOWEVER, I am looking forward to seeing Shang-Chi utilized in the future films.

No redeeming value. The plot is crap (source material is overrated as hell), production is horrible, art direction is bizarre, and the music is terrible.

Cheap garbage Chinese targeted nonsense. Cole Young is the most pathetic main character I've seen in a long time.

Bunch of random set pieces with incoherent story arc tying them all together. Definitely suffers from sequel-itis.

Carried by extraordinary performances and a case study in pacing, this was one hell of a movie. Some plot point issues for sure, but very entertaining and engrossing.

First half is decent, then Michael Bay gets "Space Dementia" and gets carried away in the second half.

As far as stupid bullshit goes, this was excellent for the category. Story is a mess, editing is nauseating. Some interesting action scenes, but hilariously gratuitous as Michael Bay do.

Just give us a Handsome Cavill Sherlock series/movie...unfortunately this was terribly boring.

Really dumb, but at least Dolph Lundgren steals the show by hamming it up to 11.

The editing is on par with Hulk (2003). This movie is a giant meme. Go in thinking this for maximum results.

The ending is pretty anticlimactic and BORING.

There's only so much additional context/runtime can do to put lipstick on Zack Snyder's deformed pig of a movie. The first hour, while absolutely depressing, is surprisingly coherent, but at the 1 hour mark, the wheels fall off as the script becomes laughable. Was he trying to make the DCEU in the same vein as The Boys on Amazon? Superman and Batman are assholes and both are unlikable. Who am I supposed to rooting for here? It just turns into disaster porn, 2012 style. Cave Troll is still hilarious. This wasn't as painful when I first saw this as I'm now able to watch bad movies and celebrate the clusterfluff that they are.

Hilarious, only watch if you enjoy watching sincere attempts at up lifting stories crashing and burning into a parody of itself. A little long though, it does wear on you, even for fellow Best of the Worst viewers.

The movie is boring, but hilarious if watched with friends. 5/10 for bare Hulk butt. This movie is a crime against editing, my eyes were bleeding by the end of it. Almost made me as nauseous as Battlefield Earth did.

Dustin Hoffman is hilariously annoying.

For some reason, whenever Ricky speaks, he reminds me of Travolta in The Fanatic, he literally sounds brain damaged.

Unfortunately boring...the worst kind of bad.
