Just doxxing Glep solely because they were the deciding vote is funny stuff
The Abe Jurassic Park parody. MAKING A JOKE ABOUT CANCELLING THE SHOW AGAIN IS CRAZY . A good finale but an annoying cliffhanger. Other than that it's good.
The actually did it, they managed to wrap up all the loose threads.
Keith David single-handedly rescuing the music numbers in this show
i just realized this is family guy but with higher production
Finally got some good music. A very explicit episode but also very good. Angel and Val remind me of Fizzarali and Mammon. And Husk losing his overlord status to gambling is wack and to what we presume to be Alastor makes you think about how many people owe Alastor. But Husk doesn't seem to restrained so Idk what his debt is.
Kick ass finale with sadly more shitty music. Lots of action and just what this show needed. The whole mercy thing was stupid af and Sir Pentious dying again to go to heaven begs lots of questions. At least Adam died. Eager to see what comes next.
Seeing more overlords was good but this definitely begs the question of who is more powerful heaven vs hell. Even one overlord is so powerful I'm curious how all of hell would compare. Also where do already dead souls go when they die a second time? And where would sinners go if heaven wiped out all of hell? Music still sucks tho.
Love the reference to the show Pim showed Charlie in season 1. Lots of rotoscope in this one and Jared Fogle is crazy.
"We could rule them like gods. Angry gods." - Jake
"Welp you killed her." - Jake
The first look at Susan which is sick. A classic.
Peptide rap go crazy. Great and funny start to the season. Eyeball pegging was not something I thought I would see but okay then.
The progressive stuff is cringe and weak and could be done a lot better.
This was really good, sad, beautul, funny and Rick and Morty <3
Charlie really is a Disney princess from hell
Holy jeez, I went into this show blind and even though I should have seen this ep coming, I didn't. Dealing with both of my parents getting sick lately, this hit way too hard. I was bawling for the entire episode. Damn!!!
Better than the first episode, the show seems to be finding its place. This one was definitely funnier. And BoJack certainly has a point regarding how every American who goes to war is automatically considered a hero. The satire was on point.
For being set in the 90s there are a lot of modern day jokes.
I always love the mix of completely different art styles they use.
I still don't know what is going on, but I'm enjoying it.
SCORE: 7/10
Screen time for all the Vee's was awesome but I think Vox's weird hypno eye was overplayed. Eager to see how powerful Alastor really is and Sir Pentious getting a more valuable role is just what he needed. Kimiko Glenn is great as Niffty too, curious to see what she has in store.
This show keeps getting farther away from Ted. It's supposed to be John and Ted and meanwhile politics are literally left and right. Very disappointed that this only got worse. The fact it was non stop was overkill. This was a weird ep.
Clancy: "Rondo, what are you doing?!"
Computer: "Isn't it odd you can never see your own eyes?"
Clancy: "Yep."
Clancy: "Captain Bryce, you dead?"
Captain Bryce: [Singing.] "If a patch is coloured tan. Then your eyes will melt."
Captain Bryce: "Destiny calls but once in a lifetime!"
Clancy: "Uh..."
Clancy: "You failed asshole!"
Computer: "Have fun."
**Clancy: "Shut up!"Clancy: "The moment I just accepted where I was, instead of wishing I was somewhere else, everything just got better."
David: "If you're caught up in your story, it's like living in a tiny apartment with just enough room for you and your little mattress. The moment you get a little space between yourself and your thoughts, it's like moving into a much bigger house. Then there's room to invite people in. There's space for you. And there's space for them. That's spaciousness."
I don't even know what to say. This show has quite an interesting format. Did I like it? Yeah! I feel like I'll get something different out of it if I just listen to the audio conversation because I wasn't paying attention to their words, more so the visuals and action. This show already seems like a work of art in terms of masterful and precise craft, with well-defined messaging. I don't know; I just enjoyed the ride.
SCORE: 7/10
I absolutely love the writing in this episode. So much character and infliction and fun voices and faces. I love the references to the pilot in this episode and just how much character this has. As well as the nod to ninja type enemies in the future. A clear rip on Naruto with a ton of really cool effects and feels like they're playing card wars with their attack names. Ez 10/10
Terrible song, short plot, seemed too similar to Angel Dust and unlikeable characters. This episode felt like such a waste. And it's still not updated to be S1E8 >:(
The humor was kinda crappy ngl. I also felt a lot of it was forced.
