Seeing more overlords was good but this definitely begs the question of who is more powerful heaven vs hell. Even one overlord is so powerful I'm curious how all of hell would compare. Also where do already dead souls go when they die a second time? And where would sinners go if heaven wiped out all of hell? Music still sucks tho.

This is literally what you get when you want a video game themed show omg. The humor is good and the plot and acting is fine with some exceptions but what really shines is the over the top crazy stuff and all the game elements on screen. So much pixel art talent btw. And Black Steve is this shows Token :joy:
THIS SHOW IS GOLD?!?!
This is one of those shows where the style is cool and the voice acting is PHENOMENAL. There's so many good lines I can't even list them all so I won't try.
I love the style and I love the voice acting and wow Robin from TT wilding. Oh hello Sumo.
Wow this show is so weird I kinda love it. This is the cooler version of Animal House and you can't convince me otherwise. Very Beavis and Butthead vibes which makes sense.
Love the Oneyplays references. Zach does such a great job voicing the Century Egg for some reason. Did you know that they wanted Chris Chan to be the grease puddle but couldn't because of budget. Theory: Pim can understand the Fun Twins because he can speak spamish which I assume is where the Fun Twins are from.
Felt too short but I still love the boss and Pim's performance here.
Seen this so many times and never noticed the background gag of the creature running on the second floor of the apartment building. Forgot how pimping Pim's place is; how come we only see it once.
Watch this episode just to see all the students desks and Gilben has crystals. And also wtf is with the scene inside Clarence's ear and excuse for a Wilhelm scream. Yet another song in this one that's clearly a ripoff of Working For the Weekend. A good Clarence plotline of school after hours too.
Omg this episode is so well animated.

Clarence saying RELOAD RELOAD is my spirit animal. This episode would be a lot better if Jeff's voice actor didn't noticably change in his voice and if he was written like season 1. Jeff feels way less picky and OCD which was basically his whole character. Idk he's just not himself in S2.
The intro scene! This is a killer start to season 2. So many characters out and about makes this a great ep. Belson can understand Mavis, okay I ship them. There's also a bunch of lore as we see a handful of adults childhood flashbacks. Fuck the ball sack family though wtf.

UM THE RAT MAN IS A REAL DEMON THING? At least this confirms that Gilben is magic. Crazy finale but I'm here for the Halloween special.
Um why is there an entire alternate cast of our characters. That's basically all this episode does and it lets you know they're all out there bruh.
Cateye sunglasses Clarence is one of my favorite Clarences. I love that the dream show narrator is invited to Clarence's party. This episode is really trippyy. A good showcase of what this show can do.
I love that Sumo only goes feral when he's in handcuffs. This episode lets you know that Sumo will most likely be reflective and mourn in silence when broken up with in the future, and Jeff will most likely become crazed or turn to coping mechanisms.
GILBEN'S A GUY?
Holy fuck Jeff almost murdered him. Gilben canonically can smile, 'speak' (understood by people but only mutters a low growl) and punch without moving his arms. So either we aren't told something or Gilben is literally psychic and can beat people up with his mind.
Clarence and Sumo have a shanty LFG. There is way to much to unpack here you have to just watch this. DnD but Pirate themed. Dang, so every cartoon did a DnD episode? Glad Breen gets some recognition but they make it a little blunt lol.
ADVENTURE TIMEEE
Never thought I'd hear Eric Edelstein say that.
Why are there ballsack cheek people. Chad's full name is Charles Caswell The Third apparently. And they live at 1234 Anywhere Street, the more you know.
I forgot they live in AZ. I like how we can see I think the only wide shot of Aberdale so far. Jeff, Sumo, and Clarence all nail their personalities and roles and Joshua gets abused yet again. Shout out the guy in the Slippy costume hitting on women while still in the costume :joy:
Woah cool titlecard. They boys get an acid trip on sleep deprivation. The animation is crazyy and the hallucinations are wild.
