Fucking EPIC. Please don't read or watch any trailer before watching the movie. PLEASE. It was so enjoyable, fun, heartfelt... We all know Marvel it's a heartless money machine, but the actors CARE, and it's great to see that put in the movie.
I feel it's already very re-watchfull, and I can't wait to watch dubbed in Brazilian portuguese! Too bad Isaac Bardavid ain't here anymore to dub this one too. RIP Issac! You're appreciated and missed

loading replies

it's not perfect I guess but I honestly enjoyed it and I almost cried watching the behind the scenes during the credits because somehow all that got me really emotional SO FUCK IT I'LL GIVE IT A 10/10 FOR THAT SPECIFICALLY. THE NOSTALGIA GOT ME.
I doubt Avengers Doomsday will top this because that's going to be a giant turd so I'd say this is the last good MCU movie we'll see for a while

Also I fucking loved to see so many amazing characters back (fuck yeah Blade !!! WESLEY SNIPES IS STILL THE GOAT) -even though we're missing some cool characters from the previous movie- and I love Hugh Jackman aaand I love to finally see Wolverine with the suit and mask and omg i'm geeking out so much this is kinda embarrassing

I still can't stand Ryan Reynolds in general but credit where it's due... this was entertaining

p.s: I saw Rob McElhenney in the credits but I think I missed out his cameo? did he actually make it to the final cut?? damn I was looking forward to that

loading replies

It was good but it wasn't great. Some solid humour, cameos and action but went too far at times for the laugh and didn't quite work. A real shame. One example being the X-23 appearance didn't need her putting on the sunglasses. Less is more.
It's definitely one for 'that type' of fan. But the beats with Logan definitely made it special. Some solid dark stuff right there.

Johnny Storm: In the void, you're either food for Alioth or you work for her.
Deadpool: Go on, Johnny.
Johnny Storm: And I'll tell you who 'her' is: Cassandra Nova. A megalomaniacal, psychotic asshole. A finger licking dead-inside pixie slab of third rate dime-store nut-milk. And I'll tell you what she can do.
Deadpool: I'm listening.
Johnny Storm: She can lick my goddamn cinnamon ring clean and kick rocks all the way to bald hell. In fact, I don't give a shit if she removes all my skin and pops me like some nightmarish blood balloon. If the last thing I do in this godforsaken cum-gutter existence is light that fuck-box on fire, I still won't die happy!
Deadpool: Holy shit, girl. You crazy.
Johnny Storm: That's right, Wade. I won't be happy until I've urinated on her freshly barbecued corpse and husk-fucked the charred remains while gargling Juggernaut's juggernuts.
Deadpool: Wow.
Johnny Storm: And you can quote me.
Deadpool: 'Kay.

Feel like I watched a different movie to everyone else. The references in this are gonna date really quickly. Disney/fox we get it, that joke runs really thin. Cameos, yes interesting for about 5mins but yet again a Marvel movie with a noisy messy second half that leads no where and makes little sense. Who cares !

loading replies

That movie gave me a raging nerd boner!

loading replies

Hugh Jackman with surprisingly emotional scenes. Ryan Reynolds with tons of laughs, one-liners and references. On point!

Super violent but we all knew that going into it. To be expected. Well done!

absolutely uncanny.... I'm crying nerd tears, cameos galore!!!! my favorite is the unmade movie for Channing Tatum/Gambit actually is so good!

loading replies

A pure super hero movie like no any other. Superb! Since Spidey far from home Marvel fans were waiting a movie like that.

loading replies

I can't say I'm a big fan of the first two Deadpool movies, but this one is great. Maybe because of the beloved Wolverine, maybe because of all the cameos and references, maybe everything altogether.
But it's definitely a fan's feast! They gathered almost everyone worth remembering and put it all together. And what's different from the rest of Marvel movies that play on nostalgia - here all the cameos play some role in the whole story, they are not there just to show the reference.
I wish there were less of Deadpool-ish ass-jokes, but that's minor.
Way better than any woke shit that Disney/Marvel offered us last several years.

loading replies

Story-wise could have been better, but nevertheless, I enjoyed it very much.

The ultimate gagfest. I have to admit, I'm not a huge fan of superhero movies except for a handful, and this one has virtually no story, just a bunch of cameos and multiple references to Fox movies from 20 years ago. Is that enough? For some viewers, probably yes.

It works just like internet memes. It'll be funny for a week and then forgotten. It only makes sense if you know the Marvel cinematic world on and off screen (e.g. cancelled Fox movies).

loading replies

A eulogy to the “universe” of 20th Century Fox and then some. Most of the humor is pretty bad but that’s kind of par for the course for Deadpool. The not so secret weapon is Hugh Jackman that doesn’t phone it in after all these years of Wolverine. That rubs off with a pretty solid arc for Deadpool and the sheer fact that they resisted the urge to make the “cameos” themselves jokes. Hugh for Wolverine until he’s 90 indeed

loading replies

Boring and predictable. Half of the movie takes place in a lifeless CGI world where nothing really matters.

Worse entry of the trilogy.

It ended up being worse than Madame Web.

loading replies

Who would’ve guessed the best Marvel trilogy was going to be from Deadpool. Well played!

2024-07 8/10 Good movie! Deadpool and Wolverine have good chemistry. Overall solid MCU movie, would watch again as comfort food

Bonus :star::star::star::star::star::star::star::star::star::star: for Hugh Jackman looking absolutely shredded (the most he ever has as Wolverine perhaps?) and making me look like DogPool

Felt like a cartoon movie and not a live action one but it was worth the cinema visit.

loading replies

Maximum fun. Maximum action. Maximum effort. 8.5/10

loading replies

Ryan Reynolds' comedy takes the spotlight. It's entertaining, full of laughs, and has great action scenes.
However, it's a movie that doesn't stand on its own. If you haven't been following Marvel devoutly since 2000, you won't understand the references and frankly, the excitement is lost. The scene cuts last 2 seconds, it's very fast-paced, with very few breathers. At one point, I felt like I was watching TikTok with a superhero algorithm.

loading replies

It's a good movie, just don't think about it too much.

loading replies

Absolutely amazing! Thank you for doing this. Only question I want answered is at very start DP is on 616 for interview. Then 6 weeks later hes on 10005. Cables wrist device is a time jumper, not universe jumper. How did he get there?…

loading replies

I am so happy that I saw this. This was so epic. What a great movie. That's all I'll say. No spoilers or anything. Just go watch it.

loading replies

In general, I hate the multiverse, but by deflating the multiverse, I could finally enjoy it some. The problem with multiverses is stakes are non-existant. Literally, the plot of this is to save universe number 10,006 or something. There are 10,000 more. Who cares? Luckily, this time we have the snarky narrative voice of Deadpool kept in check by the gruff snarling of Wolverine. It works together and could bring Marvel back from the never ending multiverse death spiral. Hopefully, they take this opportunity to course correct and truly save a universe: the MCU.

loading replies

I hear so much hate for this movie from critics, and I love it as most of those people didn't read the comics, and there are so many references for those of us who read Claremonts run of X-Men will feel the same!

loading replies

This is the right way to do fan service. Ryan carried the whole franchise and the love he has for the character is heart warming. The action, the references, the jokes, all of that made this movie one of the best superhero movie, the best in the Deadpool franchise

loading replies

sorry for everyone i bored at the cinemas with my awful laughter, I'd do it again and again.

loading replies

Ryan Reynolds has done it again. He has pulled his magic to drag Hugh Jackman out of retirement to create a fantastic film that finally gives the people what they want: A Deadpool and Wolverine team-up (with the added gift of comic-accurate costumes!). Fans of not only Deadpool but the film history of Marvel are going to be blessed 100%. The wait has not disappointed and I'm so glad that the first Rated R MCU movie was such a huge hit. Let's hope that Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios have learned their lesson and carry this momentum forward into Captain America: Brave New World.

loading replies

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are national treasures and have been immortalised with this entry. Endless laughs, spectacular cameos and a great theme explored. Summer 24 - what a time to be alive :tada::pray_tone5:

loading replies

Third deadpool movie, fair enough worth to watch. Laughed my ass off watching a lot of scenes.

loading replies

What happens in the credits makes it clear what the intention for Deadpool & Wolverine was, and I can commend Feige, Reynolds and whomever else was involved in getting this greenlit. The MCU wouldn't exist without the X-Men franchise, amongst others, laying the groundwork. This is the love letter to them.

loading replies

There are 206 bones in the human body.

Great fighting scenes, music and funny moments. But I feel it was more a cameo compilation. Some were very funny, other feels like a ex that is butthurt that the relationship didn't work.

I'm not a super hero fan but first DeadPool was different. It was my favorite and still it is. 2nd one was ok. This one was entertaining but did not meet my expectations.

My favorite scene had to be Furiosa I was not expecting that.

loading replies

I am always entertained by the "DEAD POOL" movies. This one is no exception. If you love the MARVEL universe, you will enjoy this installment.

loading replies

This was a victory lap for Reynolds, Jackman & all those cameos.

loading replies

HOLY SHIT THIS WAS AMAZING!!!

Deadpool and Wolverine what an amazing combo, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman what a duo!!

Laughed me ass of at all the references, same for the rest of the people that weren in the cinema.

My mouth dropped when blade walked in the screen!!! My man!!!

Can’t wait for what marvel Jesus is going to do in the future for the MCU. Definitely now RDJ is coming back to play Victor von Doom.

Wow what an epic instalment for the Deadpool series. Really enjoyed it. Never takes itself too seriously and that’s the charm of it all. Also love Hugh Jackman making a return!

‘Deadpool and Wolverine is the best thing to come out of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in years, if not the best. This film is a clear example of what you get when you get away from any kind of ideology, quotas and empty demands, and simply give the audience what they want, while respecting the source material.

The film is very funny, irreverent, politically incorrect and, of course, extremely violent. Every scene is loaded with the biting humour we've come to expect from Deadpool, making you can't stop laughing. It's also a real homage to Fox and their work with superheroes so far, full of cameos that will delight the most die-hard fans.

One of the strongest points is the villain (we'll spare you the details for your viewing pleasure), who is one of the most terrifying and accomplished in Marvel history. This antagonist adds a real and palpable threat that maintains tension and interest throughout the film.

‘Deadpool and Wolverine is the greatest thing we've seen from Deadpool yet. It's a celebration of everything that makes these characters great, and if you're a fan, you can't pass up this gem.

loading replies

I felt they did a real sloppy job with wolverine's costume head piece. similar with Gamits, chest plate and face shield/cover.

They released the G rated version so can't say much about the some scenes but the dialogues and R rated dialogues were fantastic.

Make up was heavily done, faces looked young and deliberately made porcelain smooth.

I felt that the team was deliberately trying to mock mutant costumes. And that Ryan was mocking Wesley Snipes blade by making him look between Mr. Sinister, Midnight Suns blade.

loading replies

Maybe the audience is not tired of superheroes movies. Maybe the audience is tired of soulless cash grabbing woke movies and this movie is proof to that. LOVED THIS MOVIE!

loading replies

Utter perfection! No notes. Real Effort!

loading replies

I absolutely enjoyed this film and came for a good time, not how this all connects to the MCU. This should be a must-see for any Deadpool and/or Wolverine fans.

loading replies

This movie is insane in action shots, the comedy is in another level, the incredible chemistry btween ryan reynolds and hugh jackman.

The opening scene is the best in all marvel's movies.

Also, the number of characters that appears in this film and their entries was amazing.

literally this movie is marvel's jesus.

Humor, heart, and some surprises I pleasantly was able to keep myself free from being spoiled by. Another great sassy underdog story in the Deadpool book

They did it and I'll keep watching it until I'm 90! Going into this, I felt the movie would be successful, fun, and a perfectly serviceable film much like Deadpool 2. But coming out of it I realized that it over-delivered on those expectations. Hugh and Ryan are spectacular and expertly weave emotion and drama through two hours of humor and aggression. There are a lot of cameos and deep cuts out there but none really feel like homework nor take away from the movie if you don't get it. Language, blood, and gore aplenty which while gratuitous, is fine by me. I don't know where they go from here in for the franchise or the wider MCU, but I'll continue to stay and pray for our lord and savior; Marvel Jesus.

Man, what a m̶o̶v̶i̶e̶(cameo). Cameo this, cameo that—no crazy plot or even a plot to begin with. I tried looking for a plot the entire movie and didn't find one. But it did have wild 3D effects, a crazy score, and a little bit of fun, and that's it. I think the movie never took itself seriously, it's just you. Gambit and Blade nailed it. I just went to the movie for Gambit and Wolverine.

Marvel's self-aware humor is negatively impacting their films in every possible way. It was already problematic when it targeted kids, but it's even worse when aimed at adults.

loading replies

Yup they nailed it yet again!

The Chris Evans switcharoo had me screaming “fuck you” at the screen. Slow clap! Please give me a rated r movie with Channing gambit please!

I wonder who else was approached to join for a cameo but turned it down.

loading replies

This was so beautyful. This movie has everything one could hope for and even more. This is how comic book adaptation is done. We live in a times where there is finally unlimited potential of CGI, so there is not limitation to show any superpower and fight between immortal superheroes wass perfect.

loading replies

Seen last night, I liked it, the plot is an excuse to put cool cameos and cool fights and I applaud it.

loading replies

I thoroughly enjoyed this outstanding superhero film. It was packed with delightful cameos and had the feel of an Avengers 5.5, making it a thrilling experience. If given the opportunity, I would certainly watch it again. I appreciate FINAS for allowing the film's authenticity to shine through by not censoring all of the curse words, despite some necessary censorship. I highly recommend this movie.

I just love Ryan and Deadpool. I just love Hugh being Wolverine. And while I am tired of multiverse and fan servicing, I just love the one they did in this movie.

If this was for you like for me, the first superhero movie in 10 years… well, it was fun and crazy but certainly I had not f clue what was going on. Is dying in superhero movies a thing of the past? Are there any stakes? Ok, I’ll watch the next one in 2034

3 Thoughts After Watching ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’:

  1. Can we please have more R-rated Marvel movies?

  2. I haven’t laughed like that in the theatre in a LONG time. SO much great humor, so many epic lines, that landed spectacularly well.

  3. Cameo heaven. They took this extraordinary sandbox, built over literal decades, and played the shit out of it. Well done.

loading replies

Deadpool & Wolverine are back for an incredible adventure full of heart, humor and lots of bodily harm. (Dw, they'll be fine.) This film is the perfect love letter to the Marvel films made under 20th Century Fox. The writers spared no expense crafting a fun story that brings back many Marvel characters which is sure to make lifelong fans wet themselves. With a funny script, numerous surprise cameos, and a soundtrack meant to be played on repeat, Marvel definitely nailed their one and only feature film for 2024. LFG!

loading replies

It was fine, won't age well.

If you clap for cameos, you'll love it.

loading replies

I saw the beginning scene twice actually. I came with my sister but she didn't like the humor and we had to leave. I came again by myself and yeah, it's a Deadpool movie. It's a Ryan Reynolds movie and if you don't like his humor then this is plainly not for you. At this point Disney, Marvel, the audience, and Ryan Reynolds are all banking on this being a hit.

And it is. But within the terms of the MCU. It's not a good movie, especially since the plot is so limited and bare, but it's chock full of fanservice and humor. And that's the point. Where this will go from here? Who knows. But it's a fun viewing if at least once.

And everyone gave it their best performance, even people you didn't think could.

loading replies

So, so, so much better than I could've ever hoped for when Ryan Reynolds released that "Hey, Hugh, you wanna be Wolverine again?" video. I knew Disney and Marvel Studios finally having access to the Fox-Men stable of characters/actors could be awesome, but I never expected it to be this fucking awesome!

The cameos were both unexpected and incredibly funny at times, especially Chris Evans reprising his Johnny Storm from Fantastic Four role. Deadpool, just like the audience, fully expected him to be playing Steve Rogers/Captain America, so the "Flame On!" moment was one of the biggest laughs that early into the movie for me. Dafne Keen returning as Laura/X-23 wasn't a surprise since she showed up in the trailers, but the real surprises were Jennifer Garner and Wesley Snipes reprising Elektra and Blade. Channing Tatum as Gambit wasn't surprising, but it did make me feel kinda bad for Taylor Kitsch, who just cannot catch a fucking break! Kelly Hu back as Deathstrike and Ray Park back as Toad is fucking awesome, too! Hell, pretty much all the big characters from the original Fox-Men movies come back with their original actors, except for Taylor Kitsch :(

loading replies

The definition of the word perfection is not enough to describe this film

loading replies

I'm really not a fan of Deadpool; I haven't seen any of the other movies, but my friend wanted to see this.
Overall, I liked it more than I expected to, but the thing that really made it for me was all the cameos and Logan in general.
That said, the violence & gore was a bit much at times and it felt really unnecessary, especially when it's just two characters who can't die, whaling on each other for the fourth time already. Also, all the foul language and references were just so unnecessary. I think I would enjoy a PG version of this movie a lot more.
Favourite part: the Logans montage

loading replies

Definitely had a good time, though it started to feel like the same joke was being made over and over again by the end. Also, for all the cameos they had, I was personally a little disappointed they didn't feature Gwenpool , though I can see how that would be difficult. Also Emma Corrin was fantastic, but I was extremely underwhelmed with all of the shots of her using the time ripper. It just wasn't very dynamic, I'm generally not a huge fan of a big final battle moment that requires the hero(es) and the villain to just stand completely still lol Overall very enjoyable, if a little too long. The first Deadpool remains the best one, imo.

loading replies

It was just F***ing epic. It's a Deadpool movie through and through.
The opening credits was really good, all the action and gore you'd expect. Then the flashback hit which was so fun with all the different wolverines and cameos. There is no proper story, which has become a trademark for Marvel movies, but it's Deadpool so he definitely gets away with it.
All the different cameos, characters, so so satisfying to fans of the franchise. It's like a treat for all the fans that have stayed with them. I won't spoil anything but the climax was also incredible. These guys were born for these roles.
ALL HAIL MARVEL JESUS - He just might save them.

loading replies

I finally saw Deadpool & Wolverine, and overall it was a good movie, even though its story is not great, it falls into some Marvel clichés, and it doesn't advance the UCM, but it is enjoyable. The dynamic between Deadpool, a big mouth, and Wolverine, a tough and serious guy, I loved it, although the plot ends, at times, it seems not to know where it goes.

But what I liked above all is how the whole movie seems like a big homage to Fox movies with Marvel heroes, with several cameos that remind us of the great moments that the studio left us, and even a nice video in the credits reviewing all the Fox movies.

But the best, by far, was Dogpool, who steals the screen at all times. In conclusion, it is a film with its flaws and without many pretensions, but it is very enjoyable.

loading replies

Just as No Way Home was a (somewhat) send-off to the Sony movies, Deadpool and Wolverine is a send-off to the Fox movies, and is a fun time.

Just like No Way Home, this movie is going to make a billion dollars. Just like No Way Home, this movie is an isolated incident with unique circumstances, where the cameo rumors drive the majority of the consumer interest in the movie.

Do NOT confuse, as Disney inevitably will, this movie's success with "the MCU is back on track".

Deadpool & Wolverine was NOT an MCU film. It used the framework of the MCU to say "Goodbye" to the Marvel FOX Universe.
And it was well done. 8/10 +1 if you're a fan of Marvel Comics and/or the Marvel FOX Universe.

F*ck, I loved it...
But the villain didn't convince me, his motivations, the way he does things and his ending, was something that was just another villain.
With nothing to contribute (as far as I know), so it was not a bad villain, but I expected more....
Deadpool is what I expected and wanted, I didn't feel he lost his essence....
Wolverine was...
Damn awesome, his story, the execution of being a great Wolverine....
The action was enough, I wouldn't add more to it....
Or so I would like to say, but F*ck after seeing a version of wolverine vs hulk, obviously I want to see that fight....
I would have liked more, it met my expectations but I would like more....
The scenarios, references...
Damn everything...
Really, I'll seriously watch it again....
The falls were enough...

I went in with no expectations because I knew I'd be disappointed otherwise, and that was the right way to go in! I had a lot of fun with mi amigos at the cinema.

Seeing Wesley Snipes as Blade was crazy and I don't even care that much about Blade. I loved seeing failed superheroes like Elektra and Channing Tatum was hilarious as Gambit. And Chris Evans as Johnny Storm or whatever the name is, perfect! And Henry Cavill!!!! And the joke about Hugh Jackman's divorce!! And the Will Smith incident!!! Exclamation marks!!!

Wolverine in the full costume with the mask on was epic and the songs were amazing. Slightly disappointed they didn't do more with The Greatest Showman music since they announced it would be in the soundtrack.

I'm sure I'll lower this to 4 stars on a rewatch but I had a lot of fun being surprised with the different cameos.

Dont bother with this if you have not watched all the other 1000 movies and 100 tv shows that make up the MCU.

Overall I liked the movie. It was nice to see a superhero movie not made for toddlers. The actors were good. The fights were interesting.
