Best show ever created, along with The Sopranos, I miss Pinkman and Mr White already, Yeah Bitch!
Yeah, this is my new fave show - looking forward to Season 4, seems like AGES ago since Season 3... far too long to wait for such and epic programme!
Best series ever no1 serie in the world
super duper awesomeness . .
probably one of the best shows ever made.
This show is going to be a classic. That's all I have to say.
I love this serie... I'll be waiting for the 5th season
I'm fucking addicted to this show and I can't just watch it twice and be done with it.Dammnn!forever hooked
Is just worth ese,so worth
Vince Gilligan's work of art!
There is certainly no qualification of any kind that could ever be even close to rate the absolute perfection of Breaking Bad.
Best series in the world xD
one of the best series around..
Nothing comes close to this!! Outstanding
Maybe the best show ever. Every single episode was perfect!
Extremely overrated. The show is constantly acting like he is the smartest person ever and so successful at being a criminal, but honestly he kind of isn't. His ego gets too big and he just makes constantly stupid choices instead of actually being smart, which he is supposed to be. It's annoying
I have watched a lot of tv-shows in my life, (and when I say 'a lot', I mean A LOT) and this is by far the best show I have ever seen. I am not the same person after watching this brilliant masterpiece. I swear I could watch this show thousand times in a row and not get tired of it (tbh, I would probably love it EVEN more). Thank you Vince Gilligan for enlightening my life with the world's best cinematic experience.
Man what a show wonderful every episode is peak mainly I have became big fan of a Jessi pink man
This is by far my favourite show!
This is by far one of my best crime series of all time :100:
walter jr voice i love breakfast
this is the best show to ever exist
One of the best tv shows of all time
I finally had time to rewatch "Breaking Bad", and it has been just as fun as the first time. Definitely one of the best TV series ever made in terms of writing, direction, and acting. Popular series tend to grow stale over time, but the quality is uniform throughout the five seasons here. Everything is crafted so carefully that even the subplots and fillers are worth it. It's basically a crime drama with a lot of focus on exploring the depths of all characters. It's not a new formula but has the perfect balance between action, black comedy, introspection and tragedy. The cast is what makes this series so unique: even though the spot is on Walter and Jesse, the side characters are just as iconic and meticulously written that even potentially boring daily life sequences and family drama events are entertaining. Gus is one of the best villains in television history, but does he really count as a villain? I understand that he could not stay around forever, but after he is gone I couldn't help feeling the void that he left. Hank didn't get the same recognition, but I personally thought that in the end he was one of the most likable and multifaceted characters, and the one with the most realistic development.
Even though I enjoyed the whole series, the first two seasons are by far the best in terms of pacing, development and realism. It's impossible not to binge-watch mid-season one to early season three. Things get bigger and more complicated in later seasons, but basically rely on the same structure and situations of the first two. Season three and four introduce great characters like Gus and Mike, but season finales apart the pacing significantly slows down. A lot of situations also start to repeat themselves: Walter and Skyler have the same conversations every single time, Jesse gets manipulated by Walter and turns against him when finding out, Jesse loses himself and gets saved by Walter in some unorthodox way, etc. Season five tries to change the game a little and mostly succeeds, the second part in particular offers a lot of great moments as all storylines start to close. The ending was maybe a bit low-key, but it felt like the right thing to do without getting too unrealistic and leaving loose ends.
Absolutely brilliant. Possibly the best currently active show. It's a no brainer if you're looking for a new show.
Just finished my 7th or 8th time through this series. Just incredible. Seems like I notice subtle things each time through.
The best TV show of all time
If you didn't watch Breaking Bad. Consider me your enemy till you do.
I watched the show 2 times. It's not enough ever.
Collective abduction. A decent show with a well structured plot but terribly sloooooow and a horrible last season with characters making a bunch of incoherent and stupid decisions yet ending in a grand finale.
Skyler reminds me of Woody Harrelson with a blonde wig and Marie of the young Ozzy in the video of the song Paranoid
Must see, though you have to plough through the seasons in the middle. But: rewards you at the finish line.
I have never watched a series where the developement of the characters never stopped. From Season 01 to Season 05 only to name it with the example of Walter: He developed every episode further and further. This whole five seasons are a role model for character development.
Very intense, very frustrating (even I could take the lies of him anymore), very thrilling, brutal and bloody (not positive, but it fits in) and with a realistic show final!
Already rewatched once & will probably rewatch again. One of the best shows ever made.
I wrote a lot on each season as I finished but:
Breaking Bad is an excellent show about a man who, through his own pride, ego, and hidden power fantasy, brings down everyone he loves and himself.
All he had to do was accept the money. All he had to do was accept help. But he was adamant to doing things himself, even at the very end. Even when it cost him everything.
It's just incredible. Everyone should watch this show because it's just, so good. Peak Drama, I'd call it cinema, that's so stylish and cool and, even though it didn't for most of the show, it felt like it knew exactly what it was doing. Career making and best performances from the entire cast, There's a reason why I can see myself watching this again decades from now. It's just that good, and I cannot wait for the next sort of series to grip me with this magnitude again.
Fenomenal serried nice plots and breaking points
Introduced to series by my son when I went to stay with him while his wife was deployed and he was keep hellacious hours so I got to spend the days being Grandpa while my daughter-in-law was deployed and watch movies and series when He had time after the kids were off to bed. Great series even if the content was a bit odd of dad/son. Good Memories in any case.
Fantastic show! What to watch after this?
The best TV Series EVER
The best show ever
Breaking Bad is an amazing show, but this hiatus it's on is probably the worst I've ever seen, to the point that it makes me think the studio is just trolling us.
A mid-season hiatus is bad enough, but one that lasts nearly a year? Gotta be kidding me.
I originally started watching this with low expectations but this tv series is epic. I can't think of anything else that comes close to what this is about. I love the way they continuously change the characters relationships
If you don't like this show, that's a you problem.
The best show ever!!
The acting, the story, the characters, what can you say that hasn’t already been said. If you haven’t seen this show you should honestly make it a priority.
This is one of the best show's I've ever seen. The acting is top notch... It's easily on my 'top three best shows ever' list. I loved Cranston in Malcolm in the middle, had me rolling laughing more than a few times. He's so good in this, shockingly good, the guy is imo possibly the best tv actor. Totally addicted to it now. I didn't expect to like it as much as I do, the first few ep's were good, but it gets so much better as the story fleshes out. Give it a chance to get going if you find yourself not liking it at first.
Yeah Ben, Looks like we'll have to wait until July for season 5...
From Cranstons Twitter:
"a few weeks before cameras roll on season 5. I cant wait. I love doing this show and will miss it when its time to say goodbye. Airs in July"
https://twitter.com/#!/BryanCranston/status/176468630500941824
I haven't had a "gotta see the next episode NOW" show since The Wire. Love it.
No review needed as this will just get drowned out amongst the sea of reviews but I need to say it, Breaking Bad really is the greatest show of all time. The plot, the pacing, the cinematography, the acting, my god the acting, I can't say enough good things.
JULY CANT COME FAST ENOUGH!!!!
Can’t believe I’ve just discovered this series now!! SO GOOD.
After many starts and stops, over the length of the series and beyond, I finally resolved to finish watching this series. You cannot deny the quality of the writing, the depth of (d)evolution of characters and the fine acting that made this series transfomational to the industry, to it's fan base, and earned it's many accolades. But, it was not an easy watch for me. To do it credit, when I resolved to finish it I started (again) from the beginning and binge watch it over a week. It's violence, it's dark themes and it's unredemptive plot tragectory keep it from being a favoured series for me. I will probably never rewatch it. But, I admire the qualities I've already mentioned, plus the fact that they make clear that bad decisions having tragic and evil consequences, not the least to the character of those who make them. This series is about the making of a bad man, but he is not made a hero, or even sympathetic, and his decisions destroys himself and all he loves . I appreciate the intention of unvarnished realism, so I give this series a 9 (groundbreaking) out of 10. [Crime, Thriller, Drama]
It's hilarious that my school district sent out a memo to teachers not to watch Breaking Bad, citing it as a "Bad influence". Who hasn't broke bad before?
This show easily tops my list of "Greatest TV shows of all time". August cannot come quickly enough!
Superb. I think one of the best I've ever seen. A must see TV show
The breaking bad experience: http://hijinksensue.com/2013/08/05/bingeing-bad/
amazingly awesome show, bitch. Can't wait for more of it, yo.
Absolutely love this show just wish it was airing right now.
I miss it badly, Walter and Jessie are a dream team.
Quite a ride, huh?
The most intense and wonderful journey… I have loved every minute of this masterpiece and it’s rare to have such a phenomenal ending.
I feel so grateful to be able to enjoy this extraordinary work of ART!
Not at all what I expected, in a good way. Very deep show full of surprises. Only a few episodes in and hooked.
This show is just freakin' awesome! You gotta see this.
Slow episode, I almost didn't watch more after it. But with rave reviews I kept going. And I'm so glad I did. Great show.
Best show ever! One of the best I've ever seen
I want to rewatch before new season but I don't have the time. This definitely is the best show ever. So excited about the new season ;o
Is there gonna be a season 5? When?
starting to get realy interesting early on in season 2.
BEST. DRAMA. EVER.
Hollywood really should take notes from AMC.
Definitely true. I've been hooked from the first season and it hasn't gone downhill yet.
Having just watched the finale of Breaking Bad, I can now say that it is one of the few series that work perfectly from beginning to end. This isn't to say it couldn't be criticized - it was often far fetched, and in the first season the series didn't quite have a hold of its characters, with Walter making some overly-sudden shifts and Jesse's IQ seemingly wandering up and down - but it was always incredibly intelligent and entertaining, the acting was always amazing, and the show managed to effortlessly move from gritty realism to flights of fancy (like that mariachi song that began one episode).
It is wondrous how beautifully formed character arcs are. Walter, who loses tiny pieces of his soul in ever episode, Jesse, who lets himself be lead into deeper and deeper waters, and Skyler, whose underrated (and often castigated) role is perhaps most relatable; she has to choose between the rock and the hard place, and knows from the start that there are no good options.
What's most impressive about Breaking Bad is it never fell apart. There were no extraneous episodes, no period where it lost momentum or seemed to be treading water. The show moved with purpose. It knew what it was about - consequences and arrogance - and it never lost sight of that. It was a series that remained true to itself. Some series start great and lose their way (Lost), some series fall apart in the end (Battlestar Gallactica), some get taken over by people with a different vision (Gilmore Girls), some brilliant series get canceled in the first season, so no matter how good that ending was going to be, we'll never see it (Earth II). Breaking Bad gave us five virtually perfect years, and the only thing bad about it is now that it's over I need to find something new to binge watch.
I think season 4 was very slow, but episode 10 was awesome!
I rate it "could you please" Jess"my "E" "out of ten
This is a tv show I thought I would never like and put it off for years. Boy was I wrong for that. The show is great! Good story line and great character development. I can not recommend any more
if i could erase my memory and forget all about this serie to rewatch it , I would do it for ever ! No words can describe this master piece I love it !
I AM THE ONE WHO KNOCKS
Never seen a single episode. The sypnosis doesn't sound too thrilling, but based on the number of positive ratings and awards I'm going to give it a go. Season 1, episode 1 coming up!
Breaking Bad is THE TV show. Never seen anything better. Recommended viewing for all. Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Giancarlo Esposito, Bob Odenkirk and all others give life to characters that will remain in history and in the hearts of everyone, no ifs, ands or buts. Differently from other series, the ending leaves open anything and nothing is put there by chance. Everything back. All this creates a universe so true, so frightening, so shocking, so wonderful.
Overall this show is great, it does suffer from those slow episodes but it all has a magnificent pay off. The final season was absolutely brilliant and gripping; this is definitely a show to watch.
I seriously don't get the point of this show or why would anyone want to watch this. There are so many shows out there that are more interesting than this.
Jimmy Fallon's "Breaking Bad" parody - Joking Bad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=duKL2dAJN6I
Great show. It does get slow in some parts but the story is plain brilliant with one of the greatest tv show finales!
Yeah Mr. White! Yeah Science!
‘Breaking Bad’ Saul Goodman Spinoff A Go At AMC, Will Serve As Prequel To Original: http://www.deadline.com/2013/09/breaking-bad-saul-goodman-spinoff-amc-series/
So Breaking bad is gonna get a prequel, "Better Call Saul".
"AMC and Sony Pictures Television confirmed today that they have reached a licensing agreement for a spinoff of Vince Gilligan’s landmark AMC/SPT series Breaking Bad. As conceived, the new series is based on the show’s popular Saul Goodman character with the working title Better Call Saul. Plans call for Saul to be a one-hour prequel that will focus on the evolution of the popular Saul Goodman character before he ever became Walter White’s lawyer."

This show is so consistently good, it's very rare in that aspect.
greatest show of all time
Possibly the best series ever put to screen, but I can't say for sure until I've watched everything else, which sigh might take a little while.
Brilliant, the best show in TV possibly ever
Definitely a good show. I loved watching it.
This series is awesome!!! Perfect!!!
I really want to have this show in my library. Have heard so many good things and haven't watched a single episode though yet...
Really have to do this soon
