Beautiful ending to yet another incredible season  Alice Oseman outdid themselves. What an emotional ride and wonderful story to tell :four_leaf_clover: I'm so happy kids nowadays have shows like this to grow up with and I'm sure I'm gonna watch Heartstopper with my kids when they get older  But waiting for another season will be excruciating! :scream_cat:
I loved how they portrayed their first time. Most lgbt series show gay guys overly sexualised and like there is nothing special about sex for them. But not everyone is stereotypically promiscuous and I'm glad we're finaly getting representation too, it took ages to get there. Alice Oseman created a first show were lgbt characters feel like real human beings and I love her for that
It’s a shame that such a beautiful and well done show is littered with such stupid comments about language. Seriously it’s not that big of a deal.
XVI century Portuguese people speak English, for some reason, but Japanese people speak Japanese.
the focus on the main cast makes for much better writing. i wish it was like this all the time because the cases of the week are super predictable and id much rather focus on team dynamics and the unravelling of the characters.
Plain and enjoyable movie. Rajkummar Rao's acting skills were impressive. Bollywood movies like these are rare these days.
Every jacktard fanboy expects to just jump right in with known characters, plot, etc. too impatient to let the show build momentum and give some back story. Boo-hoo it’s got some same sex relationships and non-white people with a female lead. Enjoy it for what it is, ENTERTAINMENT.
Alright, now I am invested in finding out what these assholes can do to help because so far they hadn't done themselves any favors. I even had to consider if Till was in serious danger. Having Melanie in the same vein as last season was also a good reminder of how far she's come since I hated her face. :grinning:
Also, goddamn Dr. Pelton, a real field doctor!
The peacekeepers about to learn a hard lesson. They gonna get a beat down by end of the season.
Ok, now we're talking. The Snowpiercer we all know and love. Better than the season premiere.
Really solid start. Sad that it's the last season, but I'm definitely excited to see where this one goes.
it took me two hours to watch this because I had to keep pausing to shriek and giggle in excitement. My children have returned to me and I refuse to be normal about it.
This episode is another instant classic.
"Hey are you a swinger?"
Morton and Ava putting a shut down on the co-workers dating right when Gregory and Janine were going to kiss again. I like the drama.
"Before, when it had no effect on me, I was disengaged." - Ava never disappoints.
- "Now let’s have a clean race." -"Clean? Girl I knew you in college."
Mr Johnson knowing Ava would use "6969" as a password is hilarious.
- "Please tell me you didn't use it." -"Used it? Baby, I abused it."
Not the whole staff dealing with injuries from that little park relay.
"Damn... My words really have meaning huh?!... I should be more reckless."
PTA - Parents Throwing Ass
"The worst barber of all time- time."
Kevin Hart cameo. What was the budget for this season?
I love that Tariq is playing the long game for making PTA profitable. He's come such a long way since his first appearances on this show!
Not without it's faults; but resoundingly 'Star Trek' - great story, great acting, absolutely stunning visual effects - welcome back, Star Trek!
Big day for bisexuals :heartpulse::purple_heart::blue_heart:
Moving to ABC was the best thing to happen to this show and I can't wait to see how the rest of this season turns out
oh lord, he's coming (bi buck)
were all a product of our life experiences, and unfortunately have our own ways of coping. though this is just a representation, one can only imagine the number of families affected and tormented by similar fates. my heart goes out to all of them, hoping they were able to find some sort of peace.
Probably the best Ava/Greg episode yet, just like The Office, this show is best when it is genuine and sincere as hell.
I don’t trust Manny, the way he kept taking Janine out of CPR training, fully aware if she failed she couldn’t get back to teaching, was shady.
I got tired and stressed out about all of that feeling that Zoey's passing through. I get you, Zoey.
The more I see Max and Zoey together, the more I feel he's toxic in their relationship. First the bullshirt of "you did not prevent me from leaving" when he left for the 6th floor, now not liking that she talks to Simon about their respective dead-dad-experiences. Did not like him when he did the former, started hating him when he did the latter, as this feels like he is trying to control her life. Let's hope the pause will not unpause, as I feel the dreams Zoey has might be about Max to some extent.
Incredible episode. Really loved the message. I'm mad I waited so long to watch this show.
How exactly does wasting a huge portion of your forces attempting to conquer the Northern Water Tribe serve as any kind of distraction to help the Fire Nation conquer Omashu…? It's not like Omashu sent any forces to help… I suppose the Avatar might have otherwise been there to help Omashu but he was long gone anyway.
Nooo... not Dev!!! He was the only likeable character this season. Harry, you go bring him back this instant!
What a fantastic unknown gem. It absolutely had me on the edge of my seat and bite nailing all the time, it was more scarier than many "horror" films. It has great agony and tense to the roof. Amazing how true the whole social think can make you a terrorist in just one comment. How all the news outlets can copy paste a post without any fact checking and just release a name and a picture and most people dont realize that this is happening. They dont filter tha information this is happening already. it is shocking!
Fantastic Ending. A must see movie.
Bless KJ and her gay panic. I had a suspicion when we saw older her mention checking on her friend. Bringing a friend home from college for the holidays? Lesbian move 101. You could really see her processing her emotions in that bathroom mirror. Impressive for such a young actor.
Also really liked the girls coming together to help Erin figure tampons out and Mac being the super supportive lil thief. It felt pretty realistic tbh.
Favorite Ep this season + I have always thought Theo and Mabel would have made a great couple
In the decisive scene, Ken goes after Shiv, and Roman follows because he knows what his brother is capable of. If Kendall really had shown he was a person, Shiv probably would've voted for him. Even if he didn't went after her, she probably would've. At the end, Tom keeps Greg close, because he respect what piece of shit he learned to be, and maybe also because he can still have him around to abuse. God knows he needs one in the new position he's in.
