Dr. Heather Irobunda is a board-certified OBGYN in New York and the perfect person to have join me for a reaction to The Good Doctor Season 4 episode 4 “Not The Same”. This is a really intense episode where a mother is forced to make an impossible decision: which of her twins she’s carrying she wants to save.
